New liqui.io user - when can you withdraw?

Hi there, as a new liqui.io user I bought some coins and want to transfer them to my wallet. I tried two different coins but liqui.io tells me that

'Withdrawal blocked until: 1509220627. Time left:'

Any suggestions what is meant or how long the withdrawal is blocked for new users?
