Is there a way to block an app from using WIFI and forcing it to use mobile data?

I know it's a weird ask but Three UK have an app which gives information about my data plan, however this doesn't work when on WIFI, is there a way somewhere that I'm missing, that can block an app from using WIFI and forcing it to use the data connection?

I don't think there is anything unless I'm jailbroken, but I'd love to be proved wrong.
