Dragon Slayer any good ?!

Recently got a DS and soon will buy queen, is DS any good maxed out or even in my lvl ? (I have 3 5* heroes only so he is my 4th one, and I would love to change him with light guy that I have 4 star. But I would like to know if it's good, you can see my set up. Would appreciate any help
