The Dawn of Weekend: Let's do something fun! (Defending your opponent I)

The name of the game is "Defending your Opponent".

Essentially this is a discussion aiming to test the understanding of Trump supporters on where Non-Trump supporters stand on certain policy issues (and vice versa).

Here's how it works:

1. Top level comment by a CENTIPEDE! flair holder must state what they think the non-supporters believed in certain policy or cultural issues. They must also state the reason(s) why they themselves believed it to be so.

2. Similarly, a Non-supporter must state what they think the supporters' opinions are on certain policy or cultural issues. These premises must be backup by a reason or an example.

3. The fun part is this: that the reply to the Top-level comment must start with a. True; b. Partly True; c. Partly False or d. False. Again, anyone can make the reply but they must be backed up by reasons or examples.

4. For the purpose of the game, NEUTRAL flair holder can state their understanding of either Trump supporters or non-Trump supporters' belief. The same rules from no, 1 to no. 3 applies.

An example will be:

(Centipede 1) I believed that Non-supporters think that universal healthcare is doable in the United States. This is because they believed that it drives the costs down. Source.

(Reply to top level comment by everyone else) True. That's the reason that I support UHC/ False. It failed to capture our intention that the government should be compassionate....

Again, all rules at the side bar must be observed. Especially, any attempt to demean the President and his administration's character will be met with iron fist of ban.

For the purpose of the game, any comments consistent with the subreddit's rule will be approved, regardless of flairs.

(Instead of Free for All Friday, I think it might be better off to capitalise on everyone's vigour this week to launch this new monthly initiative. FFAF will be back next week!)

We looked forward to see your replies!

(In case you guys were confused, one of the comment that didn't show up is actually the auto mod reply)
