Seriously, BlackBerry? Priv Camera Lens

Hi folks,

I have been using my Priv for ten months now and while I get often annoyed by its sometimes poor performance, overall I like it and would not be replacing it until the end of next year.

Well, until I noticed something is not right with my photos now. Every light source is making those lines and some photos are strangely "milky".

Look at this as an example. No, the picture itself is not shaky.

I then noticed that there is some kind of "scratch" in the middle of my outer camera lens cover. No, wait, not a scratch, but it seems like my camera is actually dented. when I point a light source at it, it will get distorted at the line. WTF?! turns out, the camera cover is not made of glass, like you would expect from a phone of the original MSRP of the Priv (as you may know Apple actually uses Sapphire glass, not sure about the Samsung S phones), no, it is simply plastic. And because it is so unnecessarily huge, it gets deformed quite easily.

Seriously, what were they thinking?!

Any chance BlackBerry will fix this under warranty? I am in Germany. Problem is I bought the phone new and sealed but from a dude off eBay. I have the original retail receipt for it. Or can I replace the back cover myself? where to get it?
