Recent grad considering moving to Durham. Best options?

I work in RTP (off of Davis Drive). Looking for a place that has decent proximity to night life, but also not filled with students partying every night. Moreso young professionals. Price and commute aren't too much of a concern right now. I drove the commute today and it seems like ~20 mins including traffic, is this correct?

Looking at Mark Durham at One now, but its so new that there aren't many reviews. Also checked some reviews at Berkshire and they mention it's party central for undergrads, which is something I'd prefer to get away from. The noise and keeping me up when I would have to work 40 hours a week could be a problem.

Any recommendations?
