so it's my birthday...

a message from my mom, an ex (on the wrong date last week), and a college roommate and that's pretty much it (there's the insurance company, phone company and Google too). been out of touch with most acquaintances from school since coming out to myself because I was told no straight person would ever be real friends with a gay person. I keep myself distanced from coworkers.
