Problems with overclocking

Yesterday, I tried OC'ing my GPU which is an Aorus GTX 1060 Extreme Edition which already has a +130 core clock and +140 memory clock compared to the reference card. I maxed out the core voltage and power target and set the temp limit to 87 C . Then I applied a +144 core and +300 on memory. I tried running a benchmark but immediately after it ended my GPU drivers crashed.... Right now I'm running on +46 clock and +90 memory without increasing anything else and it looks stable but I would like to be able to achieve a higher clock and I'm not sure why I'm unable to do this
