Work related question

I am poly and bisexual. I am quite private about my intimate life at work, but something may be told, as in "I am going on holiday with my partners" or similar. Also they know I am officially married but I also have another partner of the opposite gender whom I don't want to hide or make appear as a bare friend, or me cheating. I am having interviews for a new job. So, do you think I should ask about diversity management in interviews? How would you handle the whole thing? Thanks
