Lack of captures and team play - looking for fellow players that enjoy that sort of thing

I find a lot of games really frustrating, I'll be capping alone or with one other guy while the rest of the team is running around the map doing who knows what, possibly curating their scores. The opposing team will win hands down, every time, if they are even slightly organized. I like the team play, with officers in action. I mostly play radio both to speed up caps and ensure there is air and artillery support.
