GTX 1050Ti or RX 4/560 w/Freesync?

Not sure if I should be asking this here, but I'm assuming many here have a freesync monitor.

Would the performance drop from the 1050Ti to the RX 560 be worth the freesync?

P.S. I want a better 75W GPU
