Can't download game off steam. Stuck at around 3%. Changing download server does nothing or clearing download cache does nothing.

I'm fucking pissed, been waiting to play this since friday, and I preloaded it. Got to 100% yesterday but it was stuck doing an "update".

so i uninstalled and reinstalling has only got to 3%. cant get any download speed, seems steam might be down? anyway, this is a terrible first day experience.
