Hello everyone, I got a small question about shinies.

So as the title says, the question is: can evolutions of the released shines be shiny it the wild too? So basically it's just gyarados, raichu and dusclops for now, and the chances for running into the first two in the wild are really low, but quite a lot of dusclops roam around at night during the current event. This question was bothering me since the shiny release, and I didn't see any proofs of that yet.
