So I started NG+ at level 100 and I could use some help.

I'm getting my ass kicked by level 130 neckers and drowners, It's not impossible to beat em but god damn it takes a while, also underwater combat is literally impossible when my bolts don't even put a dent in their healthbars while they one shot me.

Is there anything I can do or am I just jolly well fucked throughout the whole game?

Also before you tell me, enemy level scaling is off... that was literally the first thing I tried.
