Long Distance Relationship Advice

I met this girl online, but she lives in a different town to me (around 2 hours away). We've been texting for about a week now, and things have been going well. In the past, the girls I've dated have lived in the same town as me, so it was easier to arrange to meet up fairly soon after getting her number. However, LDRs are new to me, so I'm not really sure how to go about things. I'm concerned that texting for too long may make her lose interest, but I'm also worried that it's too soon to meet her. If we do decide to meet, do I go there, or does she come here? Any advice would be appreciated!
