If Bitcoin were fee-less like IOTA...?

If Bitcoin were fee-less like IOTA, would it be possible to make micro or nano payments with it at Bitcoin present market rate of $5,700? Can someone help us with the math in regards to satoshis and iotas being the lowest value of both cryptos.
