wtf is with the unusual taunt unbox rate now? i unboxed 7 unusualifiers tonight.

couldnt get a single fucking unusual halloween hat minus the green energy hat with no names that i unboxed earlier today. i swear the drop rate for unusual taunts must be 4%.
