PC is flashing leds (First Build)

I've done everything except wiring. The 24 pin is the main suspect. When i wiggle it around, it flashes (the leds) for a second and turns off. My build is:

Ryzen 3 MSI B350M AM4 DDR4 8GB RAM 1TB HDD GTX 1060 ( I haven't put this in yet for space) Corsair VS550
