Drag tab to create window feature

I'm switching to vivaldi from chrome and the extensions are amazingly seamless to port and the look and feel are nice as well. One gripe I'm having is the feature of dragging a tab our of the bar to create a new window. I don't know if it is in the settings area but I haven't found it myself. With some googling, people have said it is coming but its been quite a while from those posts and I don't think it will be coming anytime soon if its not already in vivaldi. Is drag to create window in vivaldi or is it one of those "Oh, eventually..." situations?!?
