Are there any in depth good pure NH bridding guides out there?

i can’t seem to find any videos or written guides on like knowing your ticks for barrages etc, faking your switches and when to change styles or prayer?

i’m trying to pick up bridding but i just get nervous every time and end up losing. i try watching other average people do it but it’s still hard to pick up.
