Slight PSU problem

My power cable that connects the outlet to the pc, when I slightly touch it, it makes a buzzing noise. Touching it, I mean like pushing it down. Should I be worried? Also , my PSU never had any issues , brand new PC and it is an EVGA G3 750W.
