How do YOU store client passwords?

I've read so many ways of doing this - but haven't comfortable set myself on anything. How do YOU securely store client credentials such as Cpanel logins, cms logins, email logins, hosting logins and so on?

I'm currently using KeePass which is sweet. But I sometimes I want to access passwords on the fly. I can't for some reason seem to take the plunge on services like 1password and lastpass.
