Ingenious Hunter is such an amazing rune.

For all those that haven't been keeping up with runes reforged and the PBE, Ingenious Hunter gives you FORTY percent cooldown reduction on active items so long as you kill or are involved in the kills of every enemy team member at least once.

Items don't seem to experience CDR cap, meaning this can be stacked with Ruby Sightstone and the Insight Mastery for a whopping SIXTY-FIVE percent item and trinket cooldown. For reference, this makes sweeping lenses only have 20 second cooldowns while they last for 10 seconds.
