We saw their kid for the first time in forever and we hear Tom name-drop a babysitter. Also , he says it in a way alluding to the fact that Rosa (babysitter name I think) is not only Agnes' favorite, but that there could potentially be other babysitters.

This makes me happy that someone on that writing team finally thought they should address the Agnes in the room. Maybe they saw a tweet, facebook message, or they used their own big ole brain and realized that there's a child belonging to a main character that we never see or hear about and it was getting awkward.
