Ingrown hair and ??

I am honestly very grateful and appreciative of this sub reddit.

I have 2 concerns. First one I am pretty sure is an ingrown hair (never had one before like this). What's weird is that I also have one on my butt check too. So I went from never really having them to having 2 massive ones....Could that mean it's something else? ....I did have sex the day before it showed up and the girl did have a rash on her skin.

These scabs may not look concerning but I've had them for over 2 months now. It's only getting bigger. (I don't scratch them - they are itchy from time to time). Have no idea what it is.
