Do you guys ever just write "trash dialog" so you have something written down?

QUESTION

I have a screenplay idea, now I haven't written in like 5 years, but every night before I go to bed I can spend like an hour imagining the scenes. Not even only super important ones, I also play through scenes that would be great for character building. I see it perfectly in my head

But when I sit down with my software open ready to write, I don't see it anymore, and although I have most of the outline done, I feel blocked from filling out the scenes

I thought that maybe, I'm just being too hard on myself, and I can just fill it out with "trash" dialog just so I can get it out of my head, and then later I can go back and edit each scene to mean what I really mean

So I totally feel like I'm blocking myself from finishing my script. Would you guys recommend just writing the BS out and then fixing it one by one? Or do you guys have some better strategies to use? I have a general idea of what happens, but getting those blank spots written down is blocking me
