Fresh Private Servers max 6month uptime (BC, WOTLK, CATA) ?

hey guys,

a friend of mine and I are searching for a good WoW Private Server with not so much content on. We want to raid progressively and therefore not join for the last content when everything is already down. (maybe a max of 6 month uptime is alright ?)

It could be BC, WOTLK or CATA but the population has to be right too (roughly 1k+- a few ?)
