How do apps like Bankera, which is integrated with NEM, affect the price of XEM?

Wouldn't you expect the price of XEM to rise as more apps go live? As I understand it, more apps built on NEM should keep the demand of XEM constantly increasing right? I participated in Bankera ICO and they seem quite busy developing stuff, they are paying dividends to users and keep publishing news about new projects, think their international card is next. This is good news for NEM isn't it? Thank you for your insights!
