Crush on a long distance coworker, he seems interested too, should I make a move ?

Please help Hi I'm F22 having a (huge I think) crush on this guy at work M34. We are working in a big company and different departments so we are unlikely to ever work together. Most of the time we see each other near the coffee machine, on the hall or elevator. I think he's interested in me since I caught him staring then it was him who started saying Hello first. The problem is most of the times we crossed there's often coworkers around us so we hardly could really have a conversation, last time when there were 2 of us only he tried to initiate the conversation a bit. It's been a month like that now and I think I really like this guy. Should I make the first move? In what way? Since I think maybe I'm too young to make the first move in this case ..
