Look, I understand she was drunk. I understand she was told multiple times to stay in the car. I know the cop didn’t know what she would do and handcuffed her for his safety. I’m just saying an arrest is too much. Handcuffing her and putting her inside her car for the remainder of his investigation is more than enough. She wasn’t much of a “threat” to him after that. Heck, she didn’t even seem to want to hurt him. All she was was drunk and asking questions. She didn’t know what was happening and she was protecting her husband. What warranted an arrest?
