Gaming (LoL, OverWatch, Witcher 3, Watch_Dogs, WoW, Diablo 3) CAD/CAM (SolidWorks MasterCAM Autodesk CATIA)

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, framerate, game settings)

1080p, 60FPS or higher, highest possible settings for that, not necessarily ultra settings

So basically I need to chose between these 2 builds, I builded the PCpartpicker just takin whats in iBuyPower and it seems to be almost the same, so which one should I get? prebuilded one? or the one in parts?

I really just see about $30 dollar difference and not considering the little extras that I didn't input in the PCPartPicker like the mousepad, besides, I would get every part on amazon or newegg so price may not be so accurate, reasons that I'm going for 7700k instead of 8700k, I want a not so big rig since I will may be moving it every month maybe, Laptop is not an option since I already have a decent one but will be hard to sell since it has some modifications (I'm enthusiast) and is not in the best conditions, so no laptop :) please help :)
