Screen blacks out 3x on boot after upgrading to windows 10 Fall creators update

I've tried fresh installing the drivers using the amd clean uninstall utility and after a few re-installs it fixed it but then the problem came back? It only blacks out after boot, I've never seen it happen when using the computer afterwards. My graphics card is a RX 480x 8GB. I've also tried all the beta drivers and stable driver.
