Estrogen in drinking water?

I was watching TV last night and heard that drinking water is contaminated with high levels of Estrogen.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't estrogen the opposite of testosterone?

And isn't it a case that the more estrogen you take in the lower your testosterone levels become?

I have been drinking Nothing but Tap water for the past 5 years, so I hope I have this all wrong.
