Was that the really controversial episode?

So I remember hearing that there was going to be a really controversial episode near the end of October, but I really didn't think that was controversial at all. I'm pretty sure the overall joke was about the sexual assault charges being brought forward latley, but it didn't seem that bad at all compared to old seasons. In fact this may be one of the more tamer episodes overall. So is the controversial episode maybe going to air next week? Or was I mistaken and it doesn't exist?
