CE-34878-0 During Loading in DD

I've been getting this error at least once every day, only during online games. It happens during the loading phase, where we see each other's lineups, resulting in me getting the loss. Most frustrating is when I am 11-1 in BR or Events. Anyone know how to fix? I have read other post, but no mentions of fixing. I tried initializing my PS4, but the problem still exists.
