What network bandwidth monitor do you use?

I've been using the free version of NetworX ever since they went commercial and stopped updating it, but recently it has been causing blue screens due to its driver component.

Is anyone using a different network monitor on Windows 10?

My ideal tool would be something that displays the up/down speed in the taskbar, preferably open source or at least freeware from a respectable company. I never really needed all the power of NetworX, just the taskbar toolbar.
