Raven Purchasing In Game?

I've seen a lot of questions about the exclusivity of the Sabre Raven, though I think for the most part we have an understanding that there will be a way to attain it without picking up an Optane SSD.

I was browsing BoredGamer's channel and got to the ArcCorp clip and heard this, "Here we are in Astromada(?) and the Raven's there...band beyond 3.0 we're going to let you- we're going to add the ability to buy or lease ships. So that would be the first place you would probably be doing that- would actually be on ArcCorp in the Astromada(?) stall." (:36)

Is this something like the confirmation we're all hoping for, or am I way off here?
