Marin the Fox! Blizzcon 2017!

Marin the Fox was announced/teased! I only play Hearthstone from the Blizzard lineup, is the $39.99 worth this one single card? And is there a shut off point where we can’t purchase the Blizzcon ticket? Need some advice!
