My sims keep showering clothed?

For some reason all of my sims now take a shower, wearing clothes? Instead of the blurred part being skin coloured, it's always black and I can see them wearing black leggings or something on their legs where there is no blur. What gives? MCCC thing? Or just a default CC thing?
