How to make a formula on payroll dates that fall on the 10th and the 25th?

For example, if the date today is October 28, my next pay day is on November 10. Or if the date is November 14, my next pay day is on November 25. Although if it falls on a weekend, the pay day will be on the Friday before that. How could I make a formula for the date to appear in the cell?

[Just in case it's impossible to do a formula keeping in mind the weekend, even the formula for just 10th or 25th regardless of what day it is would suffice.]
