Looking for a gaming laptop to play WoW in 4K.

I travel a lot and I’m looking to buy a gaming laptop to play WoW in the highest graphic settings and I want it to run like a dream. Right now I’m playing on my MacBook and I have to play on the lowest settings and it drives me crazy because I can’t even run a dungeon without disconnecting 4 times. I’m not the most computer savvy person so I’m not sure if the current laptops I’m looking at are overkill or not powerful enough. My budget is $3800. I just want to be able to play my favorite game with baller ass graphics.

Should I look into a gaming laptop with a 4K display? Will I even notice the difference if I run WoW in 4K?
