After finishing the first town it spawned me in the next area, game crashed and now I'm back in first town and can't get back

I don't think this is a spoiler since I just finished Siwa and the game hard crashed and I am back in Siwa and there is no fast travel option to Iment Nome and it is 5000 yards away through a level 37-40 area.

I tried to "auto run" there and it doesn't even work. Has anyone had something similar happen and know a solution? I have tried to die and it just puts me back in Siwa.

This game is so good. I'll play through it again if I have to but I'm 7 hours in and just finished the first town so...
