Is it possible to drive for Lyft in PA while located in Ohio?

Been trying to research this online but everything I've found so far has been pretty inconclusive.

Long story short, I'm located in Ohio (Ohio plates, drivers license, etc.) and am interested in potentially driving Lyft in Pittsburgh, PA to earn some extra cash roughly 45 minutes away. Is this possible or against Lyft's policies? Does anyone know?
