Lags since Patch

Since the mid season reinforcement patch i 90% of the time have a bad Connection, according to the Game. If i'm alone at home or someone is using the Wlan, always bad connection. This was never a thing for me before the Patch, so i assume it has something to do with it. Anyone can help/explain?
