A question about multiple Chrome instances and Mac Desktops

Hello r/apple :)

I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions regarding my problem. I am usually using 3 instances of Google Chrome ( 3 browsers) on my mac that also have 3 virtual desktops and everytime i have problems with putting them on each desktop. Sometimes they switch between them out of the blue and when i open the mac are all 3 on the same one. Is there any app that can memorise where they stay?
