need help about soulmatching

hey there,

i got a "problem" trying to soulmatch Close Combat Damage onto my weapon. I am on my first ng+ and am using a divine shiranui (which has a inheritable slot) and i got another one in my inventory (without inheritable slot). so i happen to have a blue spear, purple sword and blue kusarigama with close combat damage inheritable slot and i wanna use one of them to put close combat damage onto one of my shiranuis. I already know that i need max familiarity and all weapons are already maxed. So when i am trying to do so the close combat damage doesnt appear in the preview screen on my weapon.

I did read about stats being in a conflict with another stat when soulmatching but i havent found any details on that so far. Any ideas why its not working?

Oh and does the -1 Set requirement of that yasakani magatama actualy stack? like using two to get -2 on sets?

Edit: here are the weapon stats so you guys can tell me what stat actualy is in conflict with another one if you happen to know.

Shiranui (which i use atm): Skill dmg, CCD Atk Ki red, Familiarity dmg, CCD Life recovery, Change to Atk Dex

Shiranui 2: enemy defeated dmg bonus, final blow, mid atk ki red, strong atk break, earth dmg (wpn)
