What is there to do in Uruguay that DOES NOT involve beaches?

I know about that capital, Montevideo, but I'm honestly staring to feel like I won't need the 10 days I had planned for Uruguay because I strongly dislike anything that has to do with beaches (and since coming back from Europe, also churches).

What else is there to do there?
