Who is the best striker in the UFC?

When we talk about elite strikers in the UFC its easier to choose the best in each weight classes for example when asked who the best striker in HW would be, Alastair Overeem would be my personal answer. Forgetting weight advantages if there was a tournament held who would meet in the finals and who would the winner be if it was left up to their skillsets alone.
