Country with relatively "fast" updates (Europe)?

So I'm from Slovakia and I got imported s8 (950F) from italy, carrier TIM and they are slow as hell with updates. (currently sitting on July update and security patch).

I was thinking about switching to different country. So far I've got Netherlands(PHN) downloaded (it's unlocked right? no carrier bloatware).

My question is if i flash via ODIN , will I recieve OTA updates from Netherlands ? I don't want to use my PC to update every time. Also will I lose my warranty?
