Dead, cremated, alive but not myself

A couple of days ago, I had a dream where I died... Not sure how, think it was due to an accident. I then came back, was a clone of me. Somebody showed me the ashes of my old body. I felt like I had a second chance at life. There was also a weird moment in the dream where I literally felt like reality glitched. The glitch was like a loud sound, like white noise, the world froze like a casette on pause for just a tenth of a second... then it went back to normal. It was incredibly jarring and scary and it felt like I had literally died for a moment.
